Having faith and praying is so important when we go through trials, what doesn’t break you will always make you. When you believe in God. As humans we all go through trials and tribulations but sometimes we are being tested god uses these times to test us and mold us to become who we are meant to be. Trust him for everything he never leaves us have faith he will always see us through.

I still struggle with the rudimentary emergency services, if any, that can be life saving. I’ve been in accident while in a Matatu and had it not been go good samaritans, I likely would hand languished for lack of emergency services. Tim, continue to fight the good fight! We’ll keep you in our prayers.

I have related so much with this story.Sending you hugs Trish. I live with mixed connective tissue disease and sacroilitis causing severe backaches and under heavy opiods:Oxycodone and Fentanyl. One thing I have come to realise having lived with this disease for 8years,I needed to be disciplined with the drugs.Taking only when necessary,not adding without my doctor adjusting. Trish take it a symptom at a time.Lupus and coccyx pain is hard.Pain is lonely,but know God is right next to you.Don't loose hope,keep fighting

A very strong woman. there is a doctor who once taught us to cross the lower part of the legs and not the way Trish is sitting. They said if you cross legs at the knees bones get dislocated
